Good afternoon from 34,000 feet over West Virginia. I’m on my way back from Smithsonian’s Museum Services Center tweetup event in DC and I’ve been getting emails and texts all day about the sprocket. We will have the notes and handouts from today’s business committee meeting uploaded on Friday and yes we will be streaming the ASSEC quarterly meeting as well.

First, in late January of 2012 the Former VP of Space Camp licensing filed a lawsuit in Madison county circuit court stating that he had been wrongfully terminated.

Sci-Quest has been an interesting subject for the past year as Dr. Barnhart has brought up the concept of having the hands on museum co-locate their operations at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center. Now we learn that the Sci-Quest board is moving ahead with a plan to obtain a new facility. Will be interesting to find out what their plans are and if they include the center.
